Valitse normaali jäsenyys ja aloita "ALL LEVELS" -tunnilla, jonka voit valita kalenterista ostamisen jälkeen.

ENSIMMÄINEN TUNTI

Voit pukeutua shortseihin ja T-paitaan. Treenien edetessä sinun tulisi hankkia varusteita, kuten rashguardin, kamppailushortsit ja Jiu-Jitsu Gi/Kimonon. Kuitenkin shortsit ja T-paita ovat alkuun täysin toimivia. Ota mukaan myös juomapullo, pyyhe ja vaihtovaatteet. Vessankäyntiä varten tuo sandaalit tai flipflopit mukaan!

Tule ajoissa paikalle, noin 15 minuuttia ennen tunnin alkua, ja kerro ohjaajalle, että olet ensimmäistä kertaa!

HEY BEGINNER!

Choose the regular membership and start with an “ALL LEVELS” class, which you can select from the schedule after completing your purchase.

FIRST SESSION

You can wear shorts and a T-shirt. As you continue training, you should get proper equipment, such as a rashguard, grappling shorts, and a jiu-jitsu gi (kimono). However, shorts and a T-shirt are perfectly fine when starting out.

Please also bring a water bottle, a towel, a change of clothes, and sandals or flip-flops for bathroom use.

Please arrive about 15 minutes before the class starts and let the instructor know that it’s your first time!
